At Discraft Factory Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you may return unused and un-thrown items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused discs or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to Factory
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
