How long does shipping take for factory orders?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
What is the return policy for discs and apparel?
We accept returns on unused, unthrown discs and unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used equipment or items with custom stamps are not eligible for return.
Can I request a specific weight or color for my discs?
While we strive to meet specific requests left in order notes, disc colors and foil stamps are subject to current factory inventory and cannot be guaranteed unless specified in the product listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and customs fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
What are 'Misprint' discs and are they safe to throw?
Misprint discs feature minor cosmetic flaws in the hot stamp or double stamps. They are structurally identical to stock discs and offer the same flight characteristics at a discounted price.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Discraft Factory Store account.
